Millennials are undoubtedly the foodie generation of our times, outspending every other group on restaurants and takeaways in the UK. The BBC Good Food’s National Survey found that the weekly food bill for UK Millennials came up to £63.65, in comparison to £57.30 for older (and wealthier) cohorts.

This generation also views the most food content on YouTube (30% more on average) than any other demographic (Google Insights). From making their own bitters for cocktails to driving the popularity of the fast casual dining category, it is safe to say that these ‘foodspotters’ have their mind on their tummy.
