Consumer confidence in the UK is on the decline, according to a recent study by KPMG/Ipsos Retail Think Tank. Growth in retail sales is forecast to drop to 1.7% this year (vs. 1.8% last year). With such difficult prospects ahead of retailers in 2016, more and more brands are putting their marketing strategies under scrutiny.

Whilst brands are re-evaluating their spends on various channels, we wanted to highlight some recent success stories of social and digital marketing that resulted in high ROIs and ultimately more cash in the brand’s tills.
